Plumb Genius has run two crews out of Edmond and Broken Arrow since 2005, one covering the Oklahoma City metro and the other covering Tulsa. Between the two offices we cover everything below, day or night, with the same certified journeyman and master plumbers on every truck.

Burst and frozen pipes, sewage backups, no water at all. Two crews cover Oklahoma City and Tulsa around the clock, and after-hours work is billed at the same fair market rate as a Tuesday afternoon.

Standard tanks and tankless units, repaired or replaced. We carry Bradford White and A. O. Smith on the truck and Navien and Bosch for tankless, and service every other brand on request.

Call for a free phone estimate before anything gets scheduled, and we will walk through the job and the number with you before a truck rolls or a wrench turns. Rates are the same fair market rates whether the call comes in at nine in the morning or three in the morning, there is no separate night rate stacked on top. Bring a written estimate from another licensed plumber for the same job and we will price match it, and financing is available on the bigger jobs, so a water heater replacement or a re-pipe does not have to be paid in one lump.
The discount for seniors, teachers and military applies across the board, and it is a standing 10% off drain cleaning specifically. Ask when you call and we will apply what you qualify for.
General repairs carry a 90 day parts and labor warranty. The bigger replacements, a sewer line or a water heater, carry 1 year labor and 10 year parts. Every manufacturer's own warranty on the equipment we install is honored on top of ours.
Not every job fits neatly under the six above. A handful of it comes up often enough to name outright: a camera video inspection to see what a line is actually doing, drain jetting for buildup a rooter cannot clear, backflow prevention testing, a sump pump ahead of the rainy season, and water softeners for anyone tired of hard well water. The rest still comes standard on both trucks.
