Estimates over the phone are free. The price is agreed up front, it does not move because the job ran late, and there is no separate night rate for a 2am call. If you have a written estimate from someone else, we will look at matching it, and financing is available on the bigger work.

Yes. We run 24 hours a day, seven days a week, out of two offices, Edmond for the Oklahoma City metro and Broken Arrow for the Tulsa metro. A burst pipe at 2am is the call we are set up for, and we do not add a night surcharge on top of our normal rates.
Estimates over the phone are free, and we price the job up front before anyone starts work, so you agree the number first. We charge fair market rates, we can price match another written estimate, and financing is available on larger jobs.
Electronic detection and a video camera first, backed by static water testing to confirm the line is actually losing pressure. That tells us where the leak is before anything gets opened up, so the repair is a small opening rather than a torn-up floor. From there the choice is repair, re-route or re-pipe, and we will explain what each one means for your house.
General repairs carry a 90 day parts and labor warranty. Big replacements, sewer lines and water heaters, carry a one year labor warranty and a ten year parts warranty. We also honor all the manufacturers' own warranties on the equipment we install.
We stock Bradford White and A. O. Smith for standard gas and electric tanks, and Navien and Bosch for tankless. We service and repair every other brand as well, so you are not forced into a replacement just because we do not carry your make.
