A family-owned Oklahoma plumbing company that has run around the clock since 2005.
Plumb Genius started in Edmond in 2005 and is still family owned twenty years later. We answer the phone at two in the afternoon and two in the morning, out of two offices covering the Oklahoma City and Tulsa metros, and most jobs are finished the same day they come in.

Every truck is liveried and every plumber arrives in a full uniform, so you know who is standing on your porch before you open the door. Nobody gets sent out without a background check first.
Certified journeyman and master plumbers, not just "a guy with a van."
In Oklahoma, a journeyman plumber has put in the hours and passed the state test before they're allowed to work on a home unsupervised, and a master plumber has gone a step further. Our crews carry both. We don't treat that license as a one-time badge either. Our plumbers sit through ongoing training and classes every two years to keep those licenses current, because codes and materials both change and a license earned a decade ago doesn't tell you much about the work in front of you today.
Every plumber is background checked before they're sent to a customer's home, and they show up in a full company uniform with a marked vehicle out front. If you can't tell the person at your door is actually from Plumb Genius, something is wrong, and that's by design.

Plumb Genius has been recognized with awards from American Home Shield, one of the largest home warranty companies in the country, for the work our plumbers do on warranty claims. None of that replaces doing the job right the first time. It's just one more thing you can check before you let anyone into your house.
Free phone estimates and a price agreed before anyone starts.
Call and describe what's happening, and we'll give you an estimate over the phone at no charge. Once a plumber is on site, the price gets agreed with you before any work begins, at fair market rates with no night surcharge for calls after hours. If you have a written estimate from somewhere else, bring it and we'll match it. Financing is available if a repair or replacement is bigger than you planned for, and we take 10% off drain cleaning for seniors, teachers and military.
General repairs carry a 90 day parts and labor warranty. Sewer line and water heater replacements carry 1 year of labor and 10 year parts coverage. Every manufacturer's own warranty is honored on top of that, on whatever brand happens to be installed in your home.

We carry Bradford White and A. O. Smith on the truck, and we service almost everything else.
For water heater replacements we stock Bradford White and A. O. Smith tanks, and Navien and Bosch for tankless units, so a failed heater is usually a same-day job instead of a special order. Beyond that, our plumbers service fixtures from Kohler, Pfister, American Standard, Moen and Delta, whatever happens to already be installed in your home.

Two offices, eight counties, one standard.
Our Edmond office covers Oklahoma City and the surrounding counties. Our Broken Arrow office covers Tulsa. Between them we reach Lincoln, Logan, Oklahoma, Pottawatomie, Cleveland, McClain, Canadian and Grady counties, and both offices run the same 24 hour schedule with the same up-front pricing.
We're hiring
Plumbing Technician, full time, $25 to $35 an hour.
We're looking for a Plumbing Technician to handle residential and small commercial repair work full time, 40-plus hours a week, at $25 to $35 an hour depending on experience. There's a $1,000 bonus after your first 90 days, and a real path to advance from there. We're also hiring a Sales Technician Journeyman.
