Plumb Genius runs an Edmond office that covers the Oklahoma City metro and a Broken Arrow office that covers the Tulsa metro. Both crews carry the same contractor license, the same warranty and the same rates, and both run 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

A lot of the houses out this way sit on slab foundations poured over clay soil, and that soil moves. It swells when the ground is wet and shrinks when the weather turns dry, and a slab that shifts even a little can crack a supply line running through it. Slab leak work is a steady part of what the Edmond crew does for exactly that reason, not an occasional call.

Every van in the Plumb Genius fleet carries the same contractor license and runs out of one of the two offices. Whether the call is inside Edmond or out in Pottawatomie County, it is the same trucks and the same crew standard that shows up.

Housing stock around Tulsa mixes eras more than most of the state, older homes still running galvanized pipe or cast iron alongside newer copper. That mix is exactly why a plumber needs to know what is actually behind the wall before touching anything, rather than defaulting to whatever material is newest.
Hard water is the other constant here, and it is hard on tankless units in particular. It builds scale inside the heat exchanger faster than it does in a standard tank, which is a maintenance conversation we have with a lot of Tulsa customers who go tankless.
